3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we are committed to providing high-quality facilitation services, AavionD cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Approval of SDP enrollment or specific service authorizations
• A specific budget certification amount
• Timelines for Regional Center processes or IPP meetings
• Availability of specific services or providers in your area
• Decisions made by Regional Centers, the Department of Developmental Services, or other agencies

Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, eligibility determinations, Regional Center policies, and state and federal regulations that are beyond our control.

During the facilitation process, we may provide information about or refer you to third-party service providers, Financial Management Services (FMS), Regional Centers, or other resources. These referrals are provided for informational purposes only.
